These terms govern every order and accepted quote. Placing an order or accepting a quote constitutes agreement to them.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in USD and exclude taxes and duties unless stated. Card payment settles at checkout; quoted orders follow the payment terms stated on the quote (card or bank transfer).
Quotes & validity
Quoted prices are firm until the validity date shown on the quote. Past validity, a quote can no longer be accepted online — contact sales to re-price.
Delivery & risk
Delivery terms are [Incoterms / arrangement]. Risk passes on [handover point]. Dates are best estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a quote.
Warranty & liability
