Terms of Sale
These terms govern every order and accepted quote. Placing an order or accepting a quote constitutes agreement to them.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in the currency of your delivery region (USD, AED or EGP), with items that have no local price shown in USD, and exclude taxes and duties unless stated. Card payment settles at checkout; quoted orders follow the payment terms stated on the quote (card or bank transfer). A quote is priced in the currency you were browsing in when you requested it.
Quotes & validity
Quoted prices are firm until the validity date shown on the quote. Past validity, a quote can no longer be accepted online — contact sales to re-price.
Price review (“Found it cheaper?”)
If you have seen a part at a lower price elsewhere, tell us through the “Found it cheaper?” link on any product row or cart line: send the competitor link and their unit price (a screenshot helps). Our sales team reviews every request and comes back with a counter-quote where we can. This is a review, not a price-match guarantee — we may decline where the comparison is not like-for-like (different brand, grade, quantity, or delivery terms) or where the other price is below our cost.
Delivery & risk
Delivery terms are [Incoterms / arrangement]. Risk passes on [handover point]. Dates are best estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a quote.
Warranty & liability
Products carry their manufacturer warranty. Our liability is limited to [limitation]. Governing law: [jurisdiction].
